# Announcement Title |
January 18, 2024 Dear Member:
I would like to take this opportunity to inform the membership with regret that due to a forthcoming professional conflict limiting his ability to fulfill the duties of a Governor, Ted Hobart has resigned from the St. Clair Country Club Board of Governors. During his tenure as a Governor, with distinction he initially Chaired the Golf Committee, and in most recent years served as Treasurer and Finance Committee Chair. On behalf of the Board of Governors and the membership, I thank Ted for his exceptional leadership and dedicated service to St. Clair Country Club.
As a result, Ruthann Omer, an outgoing Governor in 2023, was unanimously approved to assume the vacated seat and appointed Chair of the House and Social Committee. Subsequently, Kevin McQuillan was unanimously approved as Treasurer and appointed Chair of the Finance Committee, and Brett Fisher was unanimously approved as Assistant Treasurer. This restructuring of the Board of Governors will be in effect until the Annual Meeting of the Voting Members on November 13, 2024.
I hope 2024 is off to a great start for you and your family, and that you enjoy an abundance of memorable experiences throughout the year at St. Clair Country Club! Sincerely,
 Scott Rowland President

During the transition to this more efficient method of notification, we will continue to distribute hard copies of applicable postings for the next two (2) weeks. In addition, postings will continue to be displayed in the Fitness Center Lobby and Men's Locker Room. (Attached: April 14, 2020 Posting) Please note: The attached document will be accessible on the Club's website under the Membership tab for the next thirty (30) days. |
