User ID : This is your member number. There is no need to put any zeros before or at the end of your number. This ID can NOT be changed.
Password: The initial password was mailed to you in a letter. You must use the assigned password for the first login. After you are logged in, you can go to "My Profile" in the upper right hand corner of your screen to change your password. Having trouble???
